    功效

    车前子壳纤维素,被美国食品及营养品委员会分类为Functional Fiber功能性纤维素(而不是dietary fiber膳食纤维素),也是粘性纤维素viscous fiber,也是可溶性纤维素soluable fiber。

    包括车前子纤维素在内的数个粘性纤维素,在水中形成极粘的溶液或凝胶。这特性能使其有能力减慢胃部排空时间,减慢食物中一些成分在小肠的吸收,继而降低血浆胆固醇。数个对照实验,已经表明了这一点。一项对67个实验的荟萃实验分析表明:即使每日只增加10克的粘性纤维素摄入,就能平均减低LDL胆固醇22mg/dL。

    车前子纤维吸水后,体积可增加10-14倍。每日增加车前子纤维的摄入,能预防和改善便秘,其方式是通过软化肠内大便及增加大便体积,加速大便通过结肠。几个实验结果表明了这一点。

    肠易激综合症(IBS),是一种肠部的功能性紊乱,其特征为与肠道活动(

    建议服用方法
    成年人或12岁以上孩童每次使用236毫升水或其他液体服用2-6粒,每日1-3次。请注意:切记使用足量水或液体,防止窒息。
